Why won't evolutionists simply come out and acknowledge that there is incredibly little "evidence" for the "theory" of evolution?
Instead, Darwinists cling to their ideas like it is a religion.
And it is a religion.

And why won't evolutionists discuss the remarkable finds that keep popping up out there?

Why are these kinds of discoveries always suppressed?
Is it Because they don't fit into existing theories?

Another one of the "gods" that Acharya S and Zeitgeist have been pushing as a source for the stories about Jesus is the pagan god Mithra.
Now keep in mind, Acharya S is a self-proclaimed "high priestess" of her own religion, and the majority of scholars laugh at the incredibly flawed scholarship that is found in the movie "Zeitgeist", but a lot of people on the internet are watching that film, and therefore it is important for us to address these issues.
During Roman times, Mithraism was perhaps Christianity's leading competitor for the hearts and minds of the Roman world. It was an ancient mystery religion that began in the middle East, and Acharya S and "Zeitgeist" believe that there are over a dozen things that Jesus supposedly has in common with Mithras.

If you surf around the internet today, you will find many atheists, skeptics and critics of Christianity claiming that there was "slavery" in the Old Testament. Actually, it was NOT slavery as we think of it from the early days of America. Rather, what we find in the Old Testament is much more accurately described as "servanthood", and these "servants" were very similar to what we call "employees" today. In fact, in many instances it went beyond that, as many "servants" were considered part of the family.
To illustrate this, let's set up a scenario. In those days you are a poor Israelite, and you have no land and you have no resources to operate your own business.
So what do you do?
You work as a servant for someone else and perhaps your children do as well if they are old enough to work.

What about you and I?
I don't know about you, but as for me, and most others in modern society, we are working as wage servants this very day.
We have sold ourselves and our labor to our employers for money.

It's called having a job. Not everyone has the resources to be independent. All throughout human history people with less resources have had to work for people with more resources. You will find it in pretty much every economic system around the world.
So in those days if a kid was old enough they weren't going to sit around playing video games or going to the mall.......they were either going to work for their family or for someone else.
And they couldn't go down the street and get a job at McDonalds.
Also, in the Law there were very specific instructions for how to treat your "servants".....this was NOTHING like the slavery of the early American days.
So the next time a skeptic comes along and starts railing about the "slavery" in the Bible.....tell them to get the facts and to do some real research.
God cares deeply about all people, and if one takes the time to actually see what the Scriptures say, then that becomes very apparent.
When you go to an airport and you see an airplane sitting on the runway, do you think to yourself that the airplane just popped into existence there by accident? Or do you think that the airplane must have had a designer?

3 key points which illustrate the failure of the theory of evolution:
1) If evolution was true, we should have millions of transitional fossils.
But the reality is this:

Now, at this point the evolutionists and atheists will usually trot out the same handful of incredibly weak, incredibly laughable examples of "transitional forms" that have been debunked and discredited time after time (for example Archaeopteryx):
However, the reality is that if evolution was true there would be millions upon millions of very clear transitional fossils.
But there is a problem.
They are simply not there.
Evolutionist Stephen M. Stanley, Johns Hopkins University:
"In fact, the fossil record does not convincingly document a single transition from one species to another." The New Evolutionary Timetable, 1981, p.95.
The reality is that the "missing links" have always been missing.
2) If evolution was true, then we should see an "evolutionary tree" in the fossil record, with complex life developing very slowly from earlier less complex forms.
However that is not what we find.
Instead we find complex life appearing in the fossil record fully formed and appearing in a very sudden manner.
Evolutionists do not know how to explain this.
3) In addition, evolutionists are at a complete loss for how to explain the creation of new information that is required for one animal to turn into another animal.
As another article explains:
"The key issue is the type of change required — to change microbes into men requires changes that increase the genetic information content, from over half a million DNA ‘letters’ of even the ‘simplest’ self-reproducing organism to three billion ‘letters’ (stored in each human cell nucleus)."
The evolutionists cannot show us a single example of functional new information being added to any creature.
Evolutionist Stephen J. Gould, Harvard:
"Every paleontologist knows that most species don't change. That's bothersome....brings terrible distress. ....They may get a little bigger or bumpier but they remain the same species and that's not due to imperfection and gaps but stasis. And yet this remarkable stasis has generally been ignored as no data. If they don't change, its not evolution so you don't talk about it." Lecture at Hobart & William Smith College, 14/2/1980.
Lastly, when any of you are in a debate with Darwinists, this is an outstanding question to ask them:
"Do you have enough blind faith to believe that life just popped into existence from nonlife, and that such life just happened to have the ability to take in the nourishment it needed, to expel waste, and to reproduce itself, all the while having everything it needed to survive in the environment in which it suddenly found itself?"
The human footprint in the photo below was impressed into allegedly "110 million year old" limestone rock and was discovered in Glen Rose, Texas.
Analysis of the footprint suggests that it is a woman's bare footprint and would correspond to a size 22EEEE men's shoe today.
Scientific analysis after cross sectioning the stone with a diamond saw proves that the print was made by pressure, and therefore it is genuine and was not carved.
So the mystery remains.
Just how did the gigantic footprint of a human woman get into "110 million year old" rock?

The hammer in the picture is called the London Artifact, and it is an iron hammer surrounded by a solid mass of "cretaceous" rock.
So what in the world is a hammer doing in "cretaceous" rock?
According to evolutionists, that would be simply impossible.
The handle of the hammer in the picture was partially PETRIFIED.
A test was done on the metal in the hammer. The hammer contains 96% iron, 2.6% chlorine, and 0.74% sulfur. There are no bubbles in the metal at all. Yes, the hammer is most definitely made of iron. The quality of the iron equals or exceeds the quality of any iron found in today's world.
So ask an evolutionist about this picture.....and watch them squirm.
One of the key claims of the popular internet documentary "Zeitgeist" is that many of the Christian stories about Jesus were derived from earlier Egyptian traditions about Horus.
Is this even remotely close to being true?
It absolutely amazes me how gullible some people are.
Of course there is nothing to these claims. The traditions regarding Jesus and Horus are nothing alike.
However, there are A LOT of Christians out there who don't know the facts and who are being sucked in to these lies.
Below is an outstanding outline from another blog (please visit it if you have time) that examines some of the claims regarding Horus:
I’ve heard repeated here several times that Horus, an Egyptian god, is carbon copy of Jesus. The obvious implication by those that have made this statement is that Jesus is a copycat version of an earlier Egyptian deity. The purpose of this entry is to disembowel that proposition once and for all.
When I first heard that Horus was the inspiration for Jesus several years ago, I didn’t give it much credence because I couldn’t establish any source material for the claims. I still can’t, but the internet is as adept at allowing anybody and everybody to pass on misinformation.
Upon further research, I’ve concluded that this theory originated with Gerald Massey, an English poet, born 1828, died 1927. He published primarily poems, but had an interest in Egypt. He parlayed that interest in Egypt into several books and lectures in which he set forth the proposition that Horus was in essence the first Jesus, and Jesus was a cheap imitation. The primary basis for his writing is the Egyptian Book of the Dead. This is available on-line and you can easily look it up to read it yourself. Be forewarned that forced reading of this would be an extremely efficient form of torture.
It should be noted that Massey’s actual proposition was that Jesus was a copycat from more than just Horus. According to Massey, Jesus was a compilation of an innumerable number of Egyptian deities. There were over 2,000 deities who had every human and godlike characteristic one can think of, excepting Superman’s power to stop a speeding bullet.
Since Massey, there is a dearth of anybody with any credentials that has adopted a straight Horus=Jesus theory. There is a one individual that has adopted some of Massey’s thoughts and incorporated them into a book-The Christ Conspiracy. This appears to be the basis for the claims that I see. The author is Acharya S. I note that Richard Price, a noted Christ Myther, and one that I take much more seriously then Acharya, said the following:
“Those of us who uphold any version of the controversial Christ Myth theory find ourselves immediately the object not just of criticism, but even of ridicule. And it causes us chagrin to be lumped together with certain writers with whom we share the Christ Myth butt little else.....
His other criticism, like mine, is that she uses very dated sources (19th Century) who were in Price’s words “eccentrics, freethinkers, and theosophists.” Les, I am using your post from 1/3/05 as an example of the claims because you carry more credibility than most. That said here are the claims and what I have found:
Claim #1-Horus and Jesus are born from a virgin.
Horus’s mother is Isis. Isis was married to Osiris. We do not know for what length of time, but presumably the marriage was consummated. Whether it was or wasn’t doesn’t matter though. After Osiris is killed, Isis puts him back together again (he was hacked into 14 pieces) except for his penis which was tossed in a river or a lake. Iris fashions a substitute penis for him, humps him and here comes Horus. There is nothing virginal about that.
Claim #2-Both Horus and Jesus were born to a Mary and Joseph. (Seb)
As noted Isis is Horus’s mother’s name not Mary. In addition, Seb is not Horus’s father, Osiris is. Seb is Osiris’s father. Further, Seb is a distinct name from Joseph. Putting them side by side does not make them synonyms, and that appears to be what was done here.
Claim #3-Both were born of royal descent.
This is accurate.
Claim #4-Both births were announced by angels and witnessed by shepherds.
I can find nothing that mentions that the birth of Horus was announced by an angel or witnessed by shepherds. I have found that Horus was born in a swamp, which is a pretty unlikely place for shepherds. In addition Acharya mentions that Horus was born in a cave. Massey makes no mention of this, although he does represent that Mithra was born in a cave.
Claim #5-Both were heralded by stars and angels.
There is no star that heralded Horus’s birth nor is there any angel announcing it. Archarya in a footnote in The Origins of Christianity indicates that that there are three stars named the three kings in Orion and then relates this to the birth of Jesus. When we look to the stories regarding Horus, we find no star or angel announcing his birth. To the extent that Acharya S relies upon Massey and Massey relies upon what is depicted in the panels at Luxor see (from an atheist) further regarding virgin birth and pronouncement by angels [link to www.frontline-apologetics.com]
Claim #6-Both had later visitors (Horus-3 deities and Jesus-3 wisemen.)
There is no indication that there ever were 3 wisemen. The bible never mentions the number of wisemen, nor is there any document that reflects 3 deities at the birth of Horus. See the website referenced in Claim #5.
Claim #7-Both had murder plots against them.
There is mention that Seth did want to kill Horus, and Herod wanted to kill Jesus. so this is accurate.
Claim#8-Both came of age at 12, were baptized and their baptizers were executed.
There is no indication that Horus was preaching in a temple when he was 12. In fact, Massey indicates that Hours the child was depicted as a “weakling.” That doesn’t jive with story of Jesus preaching in the temple. Again this appears to have been a confabulation from Acharya and repeated by others.
Horus was never baptized in any of the Horus stories. In addition, Acharya mentions that John the Baptist is actually Anup the Baptizer. This individual is never mentioned anywhere in any Horus account. There is not even a footnote in Archaya’s on-line work The Origins of Christianity to support this. There is nothing.
Claim #9-Both had 12 disciples.
According to the Horus accounts, Horus had four semi-gods that were followers. There is some indication of 16 human followers and an unknown number of blacksmiths that went into battle with him. Horus did not have 12 disciples. Jesus reportedly did. Acharya failed to give a footnote to support this.
Massey points to a mural in the Book of Hades in which there are twelve reapers. Horus is not present in this scene. For Massey to make this connection he goes to a different scene within the same mural. In this scene there is a picture of a god whose name is the Master of Joy. Horus is never depicted although in other murals the artists do depict Horus. Had the artists ascribed 12 reapers in any relation to Horus all they had to do was put Horus at the scene. They did not.
Claim #10-Both walked on water.
Horus didn’t, or at least there is no record that I can find that he did. Massey does not maintain that Hours did. Massey uses wild conjecture to connect the story of fish man, Oannes, not Horus, to Jesus. Oannes came out of the sea during the day, and went back into the sea at night. Massey makes the two analogous because by his calculations, Jesus walked on water during the day.
As to Acharya, she as usual provides nothing to substantiate this.
Claim #11-Both performed miracles.
This is true although the miracles were different in scope and nature.
Claim #12 Both exorcised demons and raised Lazarus.
The actual claim is that Horus raised Osiris from the dead and that the name Osiris morphed to Lazarus. It doesn’t matter because Horus did not bring Osiris back to life. There is no mention of this in any document regarding the story. Horus did avenge Osiris’s death, but that did not raise Osiris from the dead.
Claim #13-Both held a Sermon on the Mount; both were transfigured on a mountain, died by crucifixion along with two thieves and were buried in tombs where they paid a quick visit to Hell and then rose from the dead after 3 days time, both resurrections were witness by women, and both will supposedly reign for 1,000 years in the Millennium.
These are the most damning claims if they were proven true in my opinion. Yet, I can locate none of this. No sermon, no transfiguration, certainly no crucifixion w/ two thieves, no trip to hell and no resurrection. There was an incident in which Horus was torn to pieces and Iris requested the crocodile god to fish him out of the water he was tossed into, which was done, but that’s it. I am at a loss to refute this because I can not find anything to support it.
Massey does compare a story about the Autumn Equinox related to Osiris, not Horus, as the symbolic crucifixion. There is no indication that Horus is involved in any way. There is no mention by Massey of any Sermon on the Mount. No mention or any actual crucifixion, no two thieves, no burial in a tomb. Massey does not maintain that anything of the sort occurred with Horus.
In short, of the claims outlined in this entry, I find the comparison between Horus and Jesus to consist of the following: they were of royal descent, they allegedly worked miracles and there were murder plots against them.

Graves' scholarship is obsolete, having been vastly improved upon by new methods, materials, discoveries, and textual criticism in the century since he worked. In fact, almost every historical work written before 1950 is regarded as outdated and untrustworthy by historians today.

Natural selection (the supposed evolution mechanism, along with mutations) is incapable of advancing an organism to a "higher-order".
Evidence #3
Although evolutionists state that life resulted from non-life, matter resulted from nothing, and humans resulted from animals, each of these is an impossibility of science and the natural world.

The supposed hominids (creatures in-between ape and human that evolutionists believe used to exist) bones and skull record used by evolutionists often consists of `finds' which are thoroughly unrevealing and inconsistent. They are neither clear nor conclusive even though evolutionists present them as if they were.
If man has existed on earth for a million years, then where in the world are all the bones?
In addition, where are all the trillions upon trillions upon trillions of bones of all of the animals and creatures that would have lived on the earth all that time?
The truth is that if you look at population growth figures and the number of fossils that are actually out there, then a lot of what we have been told does not make sense and the math simply does not add up.
Today the population grows at 2% per year. If we set the population growth rate at just 0.5% per year, then total population reduces to zero at about 4500 years ago. If the first humans lived 1,000,000 years ago, then at this 0.5% growth rate, we would have 10^2100 (ten with 2100 zeroes following it) people right now. If the present population was a result of 1,000,000 years of human history, then several trillion people must have lived and died since the emergence of our species. Where are all the bones? And finally, if the population was sufficiently small until only recently, then how could a correspondingly infinitesimally small number of mutations have evolved the human race?

Many of you have either seen or heard of the horrible anti-Christian internet "documentary" named Zeitgeist. Zeitgeist contains so many lies, exaggerations and outright fraudulent statements that it is hard to even know where to begin when someone brings it up in an argument. It is a documentary that is doing quite a bit of harm to those who are seeking the truth about Christianity, and it is imperative for Christians to know how to fight back against the horrible lies in the film.

Have you ever personally considered the evidence for the resurrection of Jesus Christ?
Posted below are quotations from a few prominent thinkers of the past that reflect what they believed regarding the evidence for the resurrection of Jesus:
Brooke Foss Wescott (a famed scholar of the 19th century) said: "There is no historic incident better or more variously supported than the resurrection of Christ."
Dr. Paul L. Maier (a prominent professor of ancient history) stated: "No shred of evidence has yet been discovered in literary sources, epigraphy or archaeology that would disprove that the tomb in which Jesus was buried was actually empty on the morning of the 1st Easter."
Dr. Simon Greenleaf (a very famous Harvard University professor of Law) proclaimed: "According to the laws of legal evidence used in courts of law, there is more evidence for the historical fact of the resurrection of Jesus Christ than for just about any other event in history."
Dr. Frank Morrison (a rationalistic lawyer) decided to take three years off from his law practice in order to try to disprove the resurrection of Jesus Christ. After three years of intense study, he found that the sheer weight of the evidence compelled him to conclude that Jesus Christ actually did rise from the dead. As a consequence he wrote the famous book entitled "Who Moved the Stone?"
C.S.Lewis (a world famous literary genius) was also interested in the accuracy of the resurrection. After evaluating the evidence for Christianity, Lewis concluded that in other religions there was "no such historical claim as in Christianity."

Are you familiar with the mysterious Los Lunas Decalogue Stone?
The Los Lunas Decalogue Stone is a huge flat stone on the side of Hidden Mountain, near Los Lunas, New Mexico, approximately 35 miles south of Albuquerque. The stone has the Ten Commandments inscribed on it in ancient paleo-Hebrew script.
In 1996, Professor James D. Tabor of the University of North Carolina - Charlotte interviewed the late Professor Frank Hibben (1910-2002), a retired University of New Mexico archaeologist, "who is convinced that the inscription is ancient and thus authentic. He reports that he first saw the text in 1933. At the time it was covered with lichen and patination and was hardly visible. He was taken to the site by a guide who had seen it as a boy, back in the 1880s."
The scholars who have studied this mysterious stone date it anywhere from 500 years old to 3000 years old. That almost assuredly means that the stone pre-dates the arrival of Christopher Columbus to America.
So how is it possible that a copy of the 10 Commandments in the ancient Hebrew language get to North America before Christopher Columbus arrived?
Perhaps the key to this mystery is in studying the Phoenicians.
The “Phoenicians” were THE great seafaring people of the ancient world. Most scholars agree they were originally from the coastal areas of Israel and Lebanon, but they founded a vast array of settlements all around the Mediterranean during the course of their travels. In fact, the great ancient city of Carthage was founded by the Phoenicians. It is historically documented that the Phoenicians got as far as Spain, and many scholars believe that the Phoenicians eventually were able to cross the Atlantic and arrive in North America. If any ancient culture would have been able to cross the Atlantic ocean, it would have been the great seafaring Phoenician people.
So, you may ask, exactly who were the Phoenicians? The Greek historian Herodotus (484-425 A.D.) referred to the Israelites as the “Phoenicians”. It is also a fact that the ancient Hebrew language and the ancient Phoenician language are virtually identical. In addition, if you look at many maps of the ancient middle east, you will see that the great ancient Phoenician cities of Tyre and Sidon were situated just north of ancient Israel.
Throughout the "Old Testament", the Scriptures speak continually of cooperation between Israel and the cities of Tyre and Sidon. In fact, there is so much there that it would take another full article just to document the scriptural references.
And did you know that the Phoenicians also founded the Etruscan civilization in Italy? Scholars have found that some of those "Phoenicians" actually brought the worship of the Lord with them:
Early 19th century noted antiquarian scholar, Sir William Betham, studied the Celtic origins of Europe, and his studies of early Italy were published in a two-volume work, "Etruria Celtica." Betham reproduced ancient coins from the kingdom of Utruria, in Italy, known as the Etruscan civilization. Interestingly, several of the Utrurian coins discovered were minted in honor of their deity, which was none other than Yahweh, God of the Hebrews!

So just how did the 10 Commandments inscribed in the ancient Hebrew language show up in New Mexico? Nobody knows the answer for certain. But it seems that the most reasonable answer is to say that the greatest seafaring people by far of the ancient world, the "Phoenicians", came to North America and brought the covenant of their God with them.

The answer is most definitely YES!
Dr. Chauncey W. Crandall IV is a famous heart doctor who tells of an amazing situation where the Lord directed him to pray for a 53 year old car mechanic who had died from a heart attack. Dr. Crandall makes it very clear that this was a man who was completely and totally dead. His face and feet and arms "were completely black with death".
After Dr. Crandall prayed for this man in the name of Jesus, the man came back to life and started breathing again.
One form of evidence for Christianity is the extraordinary signs, wonders and miracles that accompany the preaching of the gospel.
In the Scriptures, Jesus stated that signs and wonders would accompany the preaching of the gospel:
Mark 16:15-20
He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well." After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.

So, if the Bible is true, extraordinary wonders and miracles should be following the preaching of the Word of God.
It either is or it isn't.
And I praise God that His Word IS true and that God is performing INCREDIBLE miracles in our day.

That same prophet has seen children healed of autism, he has seen the blind instantly healed, he has seen 800 people medically certified (gone back to the doctor) as having been healed from AIDS in a single conference, and he has seen three people raised from the dead.
